So we feed more people now than ever before ... the question then, is why cannot these people feed themselves, and are we alleviating that problem?
I'm not so-much naysaying, as pointing out that celebration of the improving position (which shows recent signs of reversal, btw) is scant comfort to the 733,000,000 (1 in 11) who go hungry every day. I know that number was worse in recent history ... but there are alarming trends which suggest a backslide is immanent, if not now inevitable.
