Finish the sentence: "I love it when...."

I love it when people feel safe enough to express their fears to others. One, it makes those of us hearing/reading, feel good that we can be trusted to not compound those fears, and two, it shows that the one expressing those fears is a bit stronger than they think they are.

You are going to do just fine. Know why? you know what you want. In time you'll get it. In the mean time, take it easy on self. You're pretty savy (for a kid) LOL :D . (I am teasing you G.)...
I love it when people stop refuring to me as a kid. Because it makes me feel less like a 5 year old and more like a young adult.

And please don't call me G, Geist is fine. Its my name here or if you want to give me a pet name its Lu-chan.

I love it when people who know each other can come here and take off their masks and wonder how long it will take for others to wonder about it:) ????

I love it when I see yellow buds on my tomatoe plants.
I love it when people don't take there shoes off & they wear deodorant.
I love it when that sweet spirit of the Holy Ghost shines peaceful on the saints faces after an awesome alter service.
I love it when God answers my prayers.
I love it when people call me a kid &/or the older & wiser one.
I love it when I get all the green lights.
I love it when people use there turn signals & let me merge in during heavy traffic.
I love it when I get a new car & I can floor it like a mad man, smelling that fresh new leather interior.
I love it when I can do something that makes some else feel better.
I love it when I smell the phlox the second time around in summer.
I love it when there is a thick cloud of fog on the hills, in the morning, on a road trip.
I love it when I reach the top of the hill on a roller coaster, just before the drop.
I love it when I think of the goodness of Jesus & all He has done for me.

I love it when...a lot of things.:)

hey InLove! a girl at work told me the other day how bad I stink. so I can get pretty stinky too. I do daily hygiene but toward the end of the work day...well you know:eek: . B.O. is the worst & That is what made me think of it.
But I hear some people like B.O. LOL. so they might love it when...:D

I love it when i think my beings existence sole reason is purely giving, that feels me useless to myself however someone to remember
I felt a vortex in that line, want to eloborate or similar:
Whatever the consequences are I am always the giving side. That something good? Or am I just stupid at all? Someone to remember, what if I am giving the wrong? When I look at the past as I wrote before, I use I a lot dont I?
Its the stages I am going through, ıts like I denied myself and trying someone's victory, its definetely not me. I really would like to know who is IT? Is it my brother who is it? Its sometimes like I know I dont know anything, still trying to give. ITs not I am whining or anything.
Its like Im insisting in living, thats strange.
Allright I fed the cats outside.

Your very much mistaken there I am afraid. Online I can express myself clearly but in the real world I hide myself away and mask my desires regularly.

I love it when you've just finished a book you enjoyed and you feel like you have learnt something without being taught.

I love it when I get back from a trip and find lots of juicy posts to peruse on CR.

I also love it when my kids sleep on the plane.

I also love looking at my garden and seeing how everything has blossomed and grown (and survived under my hub's care).

peace,

I can relate. In the "real" world, there might be very serious consequences for what I say.

But I submit that this place, where you are expressing yourself, is really no less "real" than any place else. Really.:)

That may sound like jibberish to some, but I speak jibberish, and I am not ashamed.

What is "real"?

Peace, dear Geist,

You have me a bit worried, now...if you ever need a private listening ear, call on me if you like.

I truly believe that there are more loving and peaceful realities awaiting you if you choose to see them. I believe that is true for everyone. But please don't think that I assume to know your particular situation, nor do I dismiss it.

I am here if you need me-please accept a "virtual hug". It is the best I can offer under the circumstances.

I love it when everything in your life is going perfectly.

But then one part usually crumbles infront of you moments latter.

I love it when I am stuck in a physical place I don't necessarily want to be, and then in the midst of it all, two blocks away, I hear the excitement of a crowd rooting for some kids. I am close enough to hear the crack of the bat. Thank God, I don't hear any angry shouts--I know that happens sometimes. But this group of folks are only there to support their kids who want to step up that cracking bat. It really is lovely.

Maybe next week, I will walk those couple of blocks and see it all. Or maybe I will just stay here and listen to them.

I love it when I'm doing the Dad helping the high school booster club thing (selling burgers and dogs), while the kid is wrestling, and everybody gets so excited, that they forget to pull me from the stand save for the last 30 seconds of my own kid's wrestling match, and I arrive just in time to see him PIN his opponent. The kid looks up all wiped and sees me grinning at him...It's all good. It's all very good, even though I missed the initial struggle...he don't know that.

And when you both are older, you will still know that you didn't get away from the hotdog stand in time to see the whole thing--but all he will know is that you were there--and so you were.:)

Just want to add this--in my experience, I have found that kids remember not only your heart, but your actions better than you do. You may be surprised at what you have done.

yeah, I guess I did a little better than my dad (nothing wrong with my dad). But I still missed the bulk of the struggle my kid was going through...(nuts). ;)
