I can relate well to the first 10. After reading what others say about UU I am happy to be included in that category. I don't know what Neo-Paganism is but no big deal -- the test is surprisingly accurate for me.

In another thread that is currently running, I was about to say that Buddhism seems the way to go. I will comment when I find the other thread.

P.S. Assuming that she hasn't changed her mind, I am soon to have the privilege of a 40-year-old Chinese Buddhist nun live with me. Although she belongs to a non-celibate order, she chooses to regard me as her "good father." I can live with that. :)

Hmm I got stuck on question one. There's no option for polytheists, except soft polytheism. How irritating.

Well, what do you expect? It's to do with the JW view of the Trinity . . .

Orthodox Judaism, Islam, Sikhism and then finally . . . Jehovah's Witness. Judaism floats to the top for those of us who don't conform to Trinitarian views.

You must have not answered some of the questions correctly, because if you did, you'd be 100% Jehovah's Witness. Some of the people here got 100% for the faith to which they were most strongly aligned. It's not the test that's the problem. It's . . . you!!!! Better go back and study your Scriptures more carefully.:D

Otherwise mee you may have discovered . . . the Orthodox Jew in you.

The customer is wrong.:)

The test was designed and written for conformists.:eek:

Atheists are just too diverse a group and hard to define. Take that as a sign that you're a true atheist and free-thinker. Unclassifiable. I can only deal with you, then, on a case-by-case basis.

To my knowledge until Iomharr showed up I am not aware that I had any knowledge of of Asatruar. Well vague knowledge of Thor but not that there was any in practice today.

Then in the paper I read about a fellow in prison who in requesting freedom to practice his religion needed some items, like a sledge, and sword and other items equally unacceptable to the prison authority. He evidently indicated he would accept it if they would allow him to make them out of cardboard to proceed with his rituals.

Now truth be known if this wasn't recently brought to my attention I guess I would have overlooked the article and still had no apparent knowledge.

I also would like to know what you thought of the results.

The top two don't surprise me at all, but I'm kind of surprised that Reform Judaism is so low on the list. And what REALLY surprises me is that Scientology is actually two points higher than Reform Judaism. In fact, that has to be a mistake.

Been a while since I took one of these tests, too. I don't think I've posted results in this thread before, but if I have, well I'm sure no one will object. I imagine I've changed some from last time I took a belief-o-matic thingy.

Hey, I'm Neo-Pagan!! I thought for sure I was going to be pegged as UU, since UU-ism is so inclusive and since everybody else seems to fall in that category (because it is just so damn inclusive). Course, I'm a 2nd-degree UU, 3rd place New Age, and 4th place Mahayana. I guess that all makes sense to me, even the 5th layer of Quakerageness.
