Identity if the serpent in Genesis (2)

Yeah, that seems pretty accurate. God blessed them. It says as much in the text in a clear and concise fashion. They were blessed.

I slept through the lovey fest! Dangit!

That was uber cute. :D Now as long as we can keep the gunfire down to a minimum we should be alright... :)

I'm bumping this thread in the hope that Quahom1 might actually have a comment on the content of my thread instead of merely taking personal potshots at me.

CZ, if you want to go to the post you want addressed, click on (permalink) in the upper right hand corner of the post you want to go to, then copy and paste the url, like this permalink to your post #9 of this thread:

Thank you SG. I know that trick, it was applied to the link. When tested it takes me to the post I intended to reference. Does it not take you to the correct post?

Shawn, does it not take you to the correct post? Is that why you were calling me Soleil10?

I'll start a trouble-ticket up with I,Brian immediately. Works on my side.

nope, the link opens to the first OP of the thread...hence is question...

well that and the fact that you said thread and not post...

I had the same confusion...

Perhaps it is a Mac-to-PC translation glitch?

Like I say... works perfectly on my side. Things always work perfectly on Macs. ;)

While this may be a Mac vs. PC thing, you can have my Mac when you pry it from my cold dead fingers.

You PC users will just have to make the switch.

Hey CZ, I have a friend who is a real good computer guy, and he has his Mac partitioned to run either OS or Windows. If you did that you would not have this problem :D.

Maybe we should start a Mac vs. PC poll ? :D

Obviously I was confused.
But the wording of the post was the cause of the confusion.
Surely you understand.?
Hopefully Q will respond to your post.
But in my experience, so very many times, my queries and comments have just been so much water under the bridge with nary a comment from anyone.
I have grown used to it.

I'm with you.

It's just when somebody says your post is way off base without actually responding to the content of it that it makes me want to pursue a follow-up.

But it was Quahom1 after all... the same guy who spent many posts trying to argue that pigs were human's closest genetic relative.

So you gotta consider the source.

Well, he may have a point as we can take a heart from a pig and put it into a person and it works. (can't do it with any kind of monkey....not even an orangutan)
It works so well that Monsanto is hard at work seeking to patent the pig....that's right "the pig":confused::eek:.
They apparently see a big market in using pigs as a cloning tank for people parts in the future.

*Ahem*... a heart valve... not an entire heart. And it is a matter of fit more than genetics.

As we discussed in that thread there were many reasons pigs made good candidates for human organ cloning... none of which had to do with their being our closest genetic relative.
