The home made cherry pitter works great!
I love sour cherries. The Rainiers and Royal Anns are good, too. So are the black cherries. (We get mostly black cherries out here, and some rainiers. The sour cherries are hard to find.)Do you prefer the tart, dark, small cherries or the big Raniers?
P.S. the pitter (as I learned it) began as an olive pitter (does equally well on either).
