Occupations

Work sucks so bad... I have been trapped here for six years or sometehing and will be here for like eternity... It really is depressing.. *sigh* Currently sat at "work" doing nothing.... Again... 13:10... I have only just got over the halfway mark... I have to sit here... For another, 4, hours, doing, jack, s..all..

And it seems impossible to find a decent job anywhere... Are any of you where you wanted to be? This how you really saw yourselfs?

What I'd give to grow the balls to just say f it and walk out of this office lol..... I am daunted by the consequences however....

But what a joy it would be to get paid and be able to work on my own projects...

Nothing! lol...

No I sell/complete orders for things like DVD recorders, plasmas, LCD's, fridges, microwaves work for an online electrical company and it bores the pants off me, very materialistic and I get more sick of it by the day.... Specially seeing it is dead lol....

yeah my Job is really dead sometimes, not having enough to do can be really depressing :(

never wanted to work at a bank. i always saw myself being an actor, dancer, astronaut, high school teacher, super hero, ninja, police man, marine, porno star, etc obviously we can't all have what we want right? if we had whatever we wanted, what kind of people would we be?

why don't you, man? you probably don't have kids or a wife to take care of. you can actually do that if you wanted to. soooo, at least you have a job. stop whining.
 
I have a £300,000 house to secure... So, yeah..... :) And a wife to be and two dogs and three cats lol.... So yeah I have things I need to secure.... those married with kids are by far not the only ones that need to be secure heh.
 
well, then stop complaining about your job, because it helps take care of those that you love. and that's what matters in the end. am i right or am i wrong.
 
right and wrong.. If it depresses one to the point that he becomes blunt or as it has been put a few times depressed, it causes more stress and problems to those whom you love... Specially those who become so depressed they kill themselves, or the ones that build up so much anger and rage they explode unleashing hell upon their customers heh... I guess what I mean, for a family to run well and be happy.. EVERYONE has to be happy... Or else it is a lie.

sure pretend it is happy families.. love my family supporting them yay go me, that wares and becomes thin bro.. Goinna see if the lollipop guild are recruiting...
 
Sorry to hear your job is so lame.. You need to be intellectually challenged. I would pray about it and believe scripture when it says that God establishes the work of our hands and tell him you need something else. :)

Absolutely right - we will in a material world, and where we have material responsibilities, we need to ensure material security.

I once worked as a cleaner, cleaning toilets in a morning. Not much time to get bored, if you fancy it. And it's true about the women's toilets being worse. :)

its not that i assumed that he had a wife and kids, its just that when you have a family, they give you more reason to put up with unpleasant situations such as boring jobs or inconsiderate humans. i guess what i am trying to say is that if you have people depend on you, i mean really depend on you to survive, you won't complain about what you are doing. a family is really the best example for being grateful that one at least has a job as opposed to the poor souls in third world countries who just don't have the means to live as well as us westerners. we really have no right to complain or be depressed. in my personal opinion, we're a generation of really, really spoiled brats. alex if you read this don't take offense, i'm sorry, but you've got it made bro. you're living the life. just my thoughts. hope i've made myself clear. anyhow, why do you ask snoopy?
