What Movies Have You Seen Recently?

I have, and am suprised you have.......

Heavy Metal 2000 (2000) (this is the American(soft) version.) I can't seem to find a version of mine on IMDB strange..... But if this is the film, you speak of I have indeed seen it lol.

Animation is pretty cool. Stories aren't that bad either. I just have a thing for "female main characters"..... Specially when they are the "hero" / "power" of the film.... lol (sexist pig!)

Ummm, no. That's actually a later release I have yet to see. The one I have was originally released in the early '80's. But thanks for thinking of me.

Here, try this:

Rudy, 1993, never heard of it before, it was on AMC.

Met Rudy Ruetigger (the real dude) and everyone was raving about the movie...thought I ought to see it. It touched me...think I'm getting wimpy sometimes.

Hey, anytime the runt can hang in there with the big dogs, there ain't nothin' wimpy about it in my book.

Besides, how can a person not like Sean Astin after the LoTR trilogy?

Samwise Gamji was cool!

I loved the visuals, I loved his spirit...I left disliking the movie...been to close to that happening...

I left my family and life sort of similarly...way to many parallels.

Yeah, it hit a little close to home for me as well. I imagine a lot of people can relate to Alexander Supertramp in some way. His take on material culture and the "sick society" is much like my own. His finding his own family, outside of his biological one, and discovering through relationships and introspection that "happiness only real when shared" mirrors parts of my own journey. So yeah, for me the ending was really hard; here is this guy who has been through and risked so much in order to break through his own traumas, and just as he is ready to return from the wild with a new passion for living within the culture that he had rejected, he freakin' dies.

Aliens Vs Monsters!!!

It's awesome!!! And I know one of the doods that did some of the work on here lol... Trying to twist his freaking arm and rip the freaking thing off and hit him with it till he ges me a job lol.......

Currently watching "I love you man" or "Man I love you" or some ****. lol... its gay.... Very gay.... I've laughed once.... But it wasn't laughing with it, but laughing at it...... This film blows... I wish I could turn it off lol.....

P-nutt my brother! Of course it is true!!! It is my fave film ;)

lots of awesome movies coming out. The new Terminator.. X-Men -Wolverine , Star Trek.. and they all hit like one a week in may. I dont know what to do with myself :p

About to see...

One of the funniest (and most depressing) satires (on TV) for years was The Thick of It. A film “spin off” is about to hit the screens called In the Loop and you can see the trailer here. If you’re offended by swearing you should be aware that off camera this apparently is the true language of politicians and their associates.

Saw all but the last 20 minutes or so of Eraserhead which I will watch later. Was bizarre. Liked it but scarred for life.
